01This site
Information here is provided in good faith and kept current, but rates, availability and specifications change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a job is only booked when we confirm it in writing.
02Rates
Published rates are ex GST and indicative of standard conditions. Terrain, canopy, access, travel and complexity change the price, and your written quote is the figure that binds us both.
03Doing the work
We operate under a CASA operator certificate and the relevant state licence for chemical application. We do not fly outside label conditions, and we will stand down for weather without charge.
04Liability
We carry public liability cover including chemical drift and overspray. Our liability for any job is as set out in the written quote and the applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, which we do not attempt to exclude.
